Kailash Mansarovar Yatra by Helicopter from Kathmandu, Nepal package is exclusively meant for those who have ardent desire to pay obeisance to Lord Shiva but due to the paucity of time, are unable to take the standard route that takes more than two weeks.
Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu
Arrive at Kathmandu; our representative will meet at the airport. Get assistance for transfer and escort to the Hotel. Check-in and relax. After darshan of Pashupatinath temple, program briefing will be done at the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2 – Kathmandu – Nepal Gunj
Morning after breakfast, transfer airport to catch flight for Nepalgunj. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Dinner & overnight at Hotel.
Day 3 – Nepal Gunj- Simikot
Early morning flight to Simikot (45minute) rest for acclimatize for high altitude at Simikot. Nature walk at hill side. Evening at leisure.
Day 4 – Simikot - Taklakot (30 km)
After breakfast board the Helicopter and fly to Hilsa (Nepali border) 20-minute fly helicopter & pick up at Shera border (walk 10minute) cross border and enter in Tibet. Meet our Tibetan and Nepali crew and drive to Taklakot (3900m)
Day 5- Taklakot- Mansarovar (78 Kms)
Morning Drive 78 km. to Holy Lake Manasarovar (4500 M) and rest of day free for spiritual activities such as the abode of god will be a lifetime - achievement. Pooja, Havana worship, meditation, holy bath etc. Overnight stay Lodge at the shore of Lake Manasarovar
Day 6 - Mansarovar To Darchen (4600 M) - 30 Kms
After breakfast drive an Hour Darchen, the base camp of Holy Mt. Kailash. Rest of day free for acclimatization and preparing for circuit (Parikarma).
Day 7 - Darchen To Diraphuk (4890 M) – 18 Kms
Drive for 10 kms to Tarboche (yam dhwar) and trek up about 04/05 hour Diraphuk (4890m) to reach Parikarma/Cora begins. Overnight stays at Guest house.
Day 8 - Diraphuk To Zhulthulphuk (4790 M) - 22 Km
Parikarma Continues, this is the day every pilgrim talks about, the most difficult journey through out the trip, Trek up to Dolma La pass(5600m). We will offer very short prayers at Dolmala and move towards Gaurikunda.
Day 9 – Zhulthuphuk - Taklakot
After Breakfast, we will trek around 13 km. We will be reaching at the point, where our jeeps will be waiting to drive us to Darchen, Parikarma ends. After Lunch we will drive to Taklakot via Manasoravar parikarma (circuit).
Day 10 - Taklakot- Nepalgunj - Kathmandu
Morning fly by Helicopter to Simikot, connected flight to Nepalgunj. Later fly to Kathmandu. Dinner & overnight stay at Kathmandu.
Day 11 - Drop at Kathmandu Airport
After a leisurely breakfast, check out from hotel. Get assistance for transfer to airport. Depart for home or next destination rejuvenated with the blessings of Lord Shiva and the absolving pilgrimage to Kailash Mansarovar.
